Rue is a short-earred owl, also known as asio flammeus. Rue has big orange stone colored eyes with a big black ring around them, along with a large head, and small tufts of feathers coming up from her ears. She is quite big for a female, and she also has a large wing span. She looks like a small brand of fire in the sunlight, despite her feathers only containing brown and tan.

Not much is known about her back story but she flew to the Gaurdians with her best friend Clove, in search of a new life. TBC

Rue is strong-willed and happy most of the time. She is always trying to be joyful, yet she is seen to be very emotional. TBC
